AdamBio
When he was young, Adam sang in the school choir, mainly in a large class, performing in front of family and friends at school concerts. He developed musically, learning the trombone as he progressed. From there on he would listen to all the modern pop hits. Though, his musical taste changed, when he heard the song "Jailhouse Rock", by Elvis Presley. Since then, Adam has had a huge passion for Rock and Roll and other classic music genres, changing him into the person he has become today. |

Verse 1
A G
There lived a tall man way downtown
A G
The toughest, roughest man around
A G
He really thought he knew it all
A G
He’d get his way until he’d fall
Verse 2
A G
Big Bad Austin was his name
A G
He outdrew anybody that was his claim
A G
He won his gold the ladies too
A G
His thrashing heart was never blue
Chorus
C E
Austin is a man who always had a plan
F G
He never took a knee in the dirt
C E
The cowboy had no fear in the room he did appear
F G
He always told you that he didn’t hurt
Verse 3
A G
I met him one hot afternoon
A G
At the joint they called the Texas saloon
A G
He gave me a shot not from a gun
A G
But from a glass of Balcones Rum
Verse 4
A G
I shoved him to see how he’d react
A G
He took one step forward then one step back
A G
Austin said “You’d better run!”
A G
As he cracked out his Colt Paterson gun
Verse 5
A G
I hopped up on a horse named Flame
A G
This seemed like an everlasting game
A G
Big Bad Austin wasn’t far behind
A G
He’d been recovering from the daily grind
Verse 6
A G
This crazy horse galloped like a stallion
A G
It’s like it was in a fierce battalion
A G
Austin caught up right beside
A G
He showed me his boot then kicked me aside
Verse 7
A G
We both fell hard right to the ground
A G
We fought like it was the knockout round
A G
He straightened me out and also Flame
A G
He really lived up to his name
Chorus

Austin is a man who always had a plan
F G
He never took a knee in the dirt

Verse 8
A G
It smelt like gunsmoke all around
A G
As the lone ranger wanted to take this town
A G
I told him “You’re a crazy fool”
A G
He replied “Shut it, you’ll never be this cool”
Verse 9
A G
We were rumblin’ tumblin’ in the dust
A G
Against mother nature’s windy gust
A G
He mumbled “I’ll squash you like a fly”
A G
Before he could I spit in his eye
Verse 10
A G
I landed one then landed two
A G
He stumbled down away he flew
A G
His bones went crack then grew so stiff
A G
As he tumbled way down the rocky cliff
Verse 11
A G
The townspeople gathered all around
A G
Until the south sun settled down
A G
They clapped and cheered with all their pride
A G
As they knew they never had to hide
Chorus
C E
Austin was a man who always had a plan
F G
He never took a knee in the dirt
C E
The cowboy sadly died but the town they never cried
F G
As he was the equivalent of dirt
Final Words
C
Don’t be like Big Bad Austin
E
Don’t be a fool
F
Respect your people and be the hero
G
As you don’t want to be Austin, the equivalent of zero
