Hailey J
About Hailey
Hailey started singing when she was three years old and put on multiple performances for her family members when she was young. She joined her first choir when she was eight, and moved on to sing in the Ottawa Catholic School Board Children's Choir when she was twelve. In this choir, she had the opportunity to learn from many talented, classically-trained vocalists; as well, she attended music camp! In grade six, she began taking vocal and guitar lessons after school. She decided to take vocal class when she was in grade ten, and has continued to do so ever since. Hailey hopes to not only advance musically this year, by learning to play the ukulele and sing different vocal parts, but grow as a person and become a real leader for the younger grades in vocal class.

Instrumentation: piano, drums, ukelele, guitar, vocals (melody and harmony) Story Behind the Song: This song talks about my girlfriend Isabella and how sometimes she feels really low, insecure, or is upset because people have not been accepting of us as a couple. I want to remind her to just forget all the stresses or worries in her life and dance with me instead! ![]()
